Q1: Are you a Licensed Bakery?
A1: I operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law, which allows home bakers to sell directly to consumers. While I’m not a commercial bakery, I follow all state guidelines to ensure safe and delicious products.
Q2: Are your products allergy friendly?
A2: Allergen Notice: I do my best to bake with care, but please note that my kitchen is NOT allergen-free. I work with ingredients like wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, fish, and shellfish, and while I clean thoroughly between bakes, I cannot guarantee that cross-contact does not occur.
Some ingredients may have been processed in facilities that also handle these allergens, adding additional risk of cross-contact. Some products may not contain all of these allergens, but due to the kitchen environment and ingredient sourcing, all treats carry a potential allergen risk.
If you have a serious allergy, please consider this information carefully before placing an order, as I cannot guarantee any product will be completely free of allergens.
Q3: Where are you located?
A3: I'm based in Bulverde, TX. Pick-up location will be provided after your order is confirmed. (Note: No walk-ins. All orders are preordered and by appointment only.)
Q4: Why can I not order and pick up same day?
A4: Everything I bake is made fresh and from scratch, in small batches, just for you! I plan and bake everything based on pre-orders for the week. This allows me to source ingredients fresh, minimize waste, and give each order the time it deserves.
Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
A5: All payments are processed securely through Square.
Q6: Do you deliver?
A6: For a $10 fee I will deliver any orders large than $75 within San Antonio 1604/281 area, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Schertz, Cibolo areas. If you have questions on if I can deliver to your area please contact me.
Q7: What is your refund policy?
A7: Please review Terms of Sales on my website.
Q8: Can I order for a specific date?
A8: Yes, as long as I have availability I will be able to fulfill that order. You can contact me by going to the Customer Order Inquiry and providing details of the order you need.
